Return Policy
At Vodde we stand behind the quality of our products. We are convinced of the quality and fit of our socks. To experience our quality, remove the socks from the shipping packaging, but only try them on if you are sure you want to keep the socks.
As long as the socks are in the original product bag, unworn, unused, and in the same condition as you received them, you have 14 days to return them for a full refund or store credit.
Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Returns
You have the right to return any product you purchased from Vodde within 14 days of delivery. You can return the product as long as it is in its original packaging, has not been worn, is unused and is in the same condition as you received it.
Start Returns
To initiate a return, please email us at info@vodde.nl and include your order number, reason for return and, if applicable, supporting photos.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to complete your return.
Please note: Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return approval.
Once we receive the returned product, the product will be assessed and the refund will be processed within 5-7 days. Depending on the payment processor and/or bank, it may take a few days for the credit to be processed.
Return costs
The return costs are €6.95 and will be settled upon return request. If this is not possible, you will receive additional instructions.
If the return is the result of an error on our part, for example if the product is damaged during delivery, defective or arrives in the wrong colour/size, we will reimburse the costs of the return shipment.
Swap
Do you want a different product or did you accidentally order the wrong size? You can easily exchange the product, as long as it is in the original packaging, has not been unfolded, is unused and is in the same condition as you received it.
Send us an email at info@vodde.nl and include your order number, reason for exchange and, if applicable, supporting photos. Vodde will provide a return label free of charge.
After processing the returned product, you will receive store credit, with which you can place a new order.
Non-returnable products
All returns must meet the following conditions. If these conditions are not met, the products cannot be returned:
- Unused, unwashed and unfolded - Returns on products that have been used, washed, worn, will not be accepted.
- Damage Free - Returns must not show any visible wear or damage unless demonstrably received damaged.
In addition, the exclusion of the right of withdrawal as described in Article 6 of the General Terms and Conditions applies.
Possible exceptions
At Vodde, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we're happy to assess possible exceptions based on individual circumstances. Do you have questions about specific situations? Don't hesitate to contact us at info@vodde.nl . We're always here to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, the product will be assessed and the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Depending on the payment processor and/or bank, it may take a few days for the credit to be processed.
Changes to the Returns Policy
Vodde reserves the right to change or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
